Aisulu Nauryzbayeva

Competitive & Novice Team Coach

Born in Germany and raised in Kazakhstan, at the age of seven Aisulu’s father learned of synchronized swimming classes at a nearby pool. At that time, the Kazakh national team was preparing for competitions in the same facility and Aisulu was instantly inspired. She told her dad that she wanted to be able to do the same aquatic moves as the older girls. Eight years later, at the age of fifteen, Aisulu fulfilled that ambition -- earning a spot on the national team. She went on to become a multi-time champion at international competitions, earning numerous awards, including the International Master of Sports in Synchronized Swimming, Champion of Asia, a two-time bronze medalist at the Asian Games, as well as a finalist at World Cups and the World Championships. After moving to the U.S., Aisulu joined Imagine Synchro in 2021. During her free time she enjoys cooking, singing. and spending time with her family and friends.
